Terms of Services
1- by initiating the commission, it will be assumed that the client has read this document and accepts the terms and conditions of this document in order to commission me.2- if you are a minor, I have the full right to refuse all requests I deem inappropriate. (and depending on your request, you can be blacklisted and blocked)3- I will not accept the work if the idea has things that are not to my liking or are unpleasant to work with.
(in case you really want that, there will be an extra charge and if I approve it)4- before starting, please have a clear idea of what you want, if you make changes, do not make drastic ones when the lineart and coloring it's done. redo a big part of the drawing implies an extra charge that will be calculated depending on the amount of extra work. (this is proportional to the kind of work you have choosen)5- Check your messages. you are responsible for checking your messages and responding in a timely manner. you will be receiving updates on the work as your feedback/approval is needed to continue.6- if you don't have a clear idea, you can ask for artistic freedom. (implies extra time and i will not make multiple sketches)7- if you publish the final drawing, it is very appreciated to give credits (it is not obligatory).8- If your Character doesn't have a full Ref Sheet. you can't request a body part design from scratch. if so, an extra charge will be added. (unless you want a Ref sheet)9- I reserve the right to post the work on my socials10- If you misunderstood any part of the process related to the final payment or the ToS, you have no right to file a claim.11- Any freebie granted by me could take as long as i want. or even cancel it.

What i will work with and won't

(ask in case there is something not listed. the idea must be approved by the artist).

-Payment-Payment is via PayPal
payment can be made upon approval of the final sketch (for convenience and comfort, pay upon finalizing the commission)
the price may vary due to certain factors: debatable factors mentioned above and extra characters.IF you decide to cancel during the process, you will be charged the amount calculated based on the progress of the commissionNO REFUNDS-Increases--An extra character increases the base price by 50% Example: base price: 30$, with extra character: +15$ = 45$ (For Sketch comissions, the increase is 75%)-Debatable factors increase the base price from 25% and can be more if it's something i find it very unpleasant to work with.-as mentioned above in my terms. if your character doesn's have a full ref sheet, designing a body part from scratch will add an extra 25% from the base price (this factor excludes sketch commissions)
-----------------Work process--working time can vary. due to real life situations such as health issues or academic reasons. there may be delays or interruptions with the work. any inconvenience with the commission will be notified to the client.-When finished, you can ask me to modify certain parts as long as it's something subtle.

-extra character adds 75% price-NOTE:This kind of works has a very limited selection of ideas i must approve (all the debatable factors are not allowed)

❖Clean lined❖

With simple shading and simple background
-Could be Soft shading or Cel shading. extra character add 50% price-

❖Full Color❖

high level of detail, Partial Background (for full background adds 50% price)
-Extra character adds 50% price-

❖Ref sheet❖

From $60 usd + extras$100 usd a design from scratch

-one Outfits adds +25% base price. extra shots adds an extra 25% base price-
